2 “我是你的上帝耶和华，曾把你领出埃及，使你不再受奴役。
3 “除了我以外，你不可有别的神。
4 “不可为自己雕刻神像，不可仿照任何飞禽走兽或水族的样子造神像，
5 不可跪拜它们，也不可供奉它们，因为我——你的上帝耶和华痛恨不贞，我必追讨背弃我之人的罪，从父到子直到三四代。
6 但那些爱我、遵守我诫命的人，我必以慈爱待他们，直到千代。
7 “不可妄用你上帝耶和华的名，违者必被耶和华定罪。
8 “要记住安息日，守为圣日。 9 你一周可工作六天， 10 但第七天是你的上帝耶和华的安息日，这一天你和儿女、仆婢、牲畜及你那里的外族人不可做任何工。 11 因为耶和华用六天造了天、地、海和其中的万物，第七天便休息了，所以耶和华赐福这日，把它定为圣日。

爱的真谛 (哥林多前书 13:1-13)
信望愛中最大的是愛
現在我要把更高的道路指示你們。
1我若能說世人和天使的方言，卻沒有愛，我就成了鳴的鑼、響的鈸一樣。
2我若有先知講道的恩賜，也明白各樣的奧祕，各樣的知識；並且有全備的信，叫我能夠移山，卻沒有愛，我就算不得甚麼。
3我若把一切所有的分給人，又捨己身被人焚燒，卻沒有愛，對我仍然毫無益處。
9因為我們現在所知道的，只是一部分；所講的道也只是一部分；
10等那完全的來到，這部分的就要過去了。
11我作孩子的時候，說話像孩子，心思像孩子，想法像孩子，既然長大了，就把孩子的事都丟棄了。
12我們現在是對著鏡子觀看，模糊不清，到那時就要面對面了。我現在所知道的只是一部分，到那時就完全知道了，好像主完全知道我一樣。
13現在常存的有信、望、愛這三樣，其中最大的是愛。
4愛是恆久忍耐，又有恩慈。愛是不嫉妒，不自誇，不張狂；
5不作失禮的事，不求自己的益處，不輕易動怒，不計較人的過犯；
6不喜歡不義，只喜歡真理。
7愛是凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。
8愛是永存不息的。
先知的講道終必過去，方言終必停止，知識終必消失。
LOVE (1 CORINTHIANS 13: 1-13)
1 What if I could speak all languages of humans and of angels? If I did not love others, I would be nothing more than a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
2 What if I could prophesy and understand all secrets and all knowledge? And what if I had faith
that moved mountains? I would be nothing, unless I loved others.
3 What if I gave away all that I owned and let myself be burnt alive?
13.3 and let myself be burnt alive: Some manuscripts have “so that I could boast.”
I would gain nothing, unless I loved others.
4 Love is kind and patient, never jealous, boastful, proud, or
5 rude. Love isn't selfish or quick-tempered. It doesn't keep a record of wrongs
that others do.
6 Love rejoices in the truth, but not in evil.
7 Love is always supportive, loyal, hopeful, and trusting.
8 Love never fails!
Everyone who prophesies will stop, and unknown languages
will no longer be spoken. All that we know will be forgotten.
9 We don't know everything, and our prophecies
are not complete.
10 But what is perfect will some day appear,
and what isn't perfect will then disappear.
11 When we were children, we thought and reasoned as children do. But when we grew up,
we stopped our childish ways.
12 Now all we can see of God is like a cloudy picture
in a mirror. Later we will see him face to face.
We don't know everything, but then we will, just as God completely understands us.
13 For now there are faith, hope, and love. But of these three, the greatest is love.

不要為明天憂慮（马太福音 6：25-34）
24 “一個人不能服事兩個主人；他若不是恨這個愛那個，就是忠於這個輕視那個。你們不能服事 神，又服事金錢。
25 所以我告訴你們，不要為生命憂慮吃甚麼喝甚麼，也不要為身體憂慮穿甚麼。難道生命不比食物重要嗎？身體不比衣服重要嗎？
26 你們看天空的飛鳥：牠們不撒種，不收割，也不收進倉裡，你們的天父尚且養活牠們；難道你們不比牠們更寶貴嗎？
27 你們中間誰能用憂慮使自己的壽命延長一刻呢？
28 何必為衣服憂慮呢？試想田野的百合花怎樣生長，它們不勞苦，也不紡織。
29 但我告訴你們，就是所羅門最威榮的時候所穿的，也比不上這花中的一朵。
30 田野的草，今天還在，明天就投進爐裡， 神尚且這樣妝扮它們；小信的人哪，何況你們呢？
31 所以不要憂慮，說：‘我們該吃甚麼？喝甚麼？穿甚麼？’
32 這些都是教外人所尋求的，你們的天父原知道你們需要這一切。
33 你們要先求他的國和他的義，這一切都必加給你們。
34 所以不要為明天憂慮，因為明天自有明天的憂慮，一天的難處一天當就夠了。”

DO NOT WORRY（MATTHEW 6 : 25-34）
Jesus continued:
25 I tell you not to worry about your life. Don't worry about having something to eat, drink, or wear. Isn't life more than food or clothing?
26 Look at the birds in the sky! They don't plant or harvest. They don't even store grain in barns. Yet your Father in heaven takes care of them. Aren't you worth more than birds?
27 Can worry make you live longer?
28 Why worry about clothes? Look how the wild flowers grow. They don't work hard to make their clothes.
29 But I tell you that Solomon with all his wealth wasn't as well clothed as one of them.
30 God gives such beauty to everything that grows in the fields, even though it is here today and thrown into a fire tomorrow. He will surely do even more for you! Why do you have such little faith?
31 Don't worry and ask yourselves, “Will we have anything to eat? Will we have anything to drink? Will we have any clothes to wear?”
32 Only people who don't know God are always worrying about such things. Your Father in heaven knows that you need all these.
33 But more than anything else, put God's work first and do what he wants. Then the other things will be yours as well.
34 Don't worry about tomorrow. It will take care of itself. You have enough to worry about today.
