A group of vulnerable people that need special attentions from good samaritan teams.
It is a nature adaptation behavior of adaptation and self-restriction as well as self-protection from surrounding environment.
The groups are closed point of groups that may sense with a special way to protect themselves with special ways that cannot be explained with a simple statement or stories.
But it is very clear that they need help.
The groups might feel resistant or unable to react to surrounding and only by doing these activities as a part of reacting to surroundings environment.
So, that's why the conditions will remain and return in a short period of times.

Senior housing: Why not assisted living units in every HDB block? | The Straits Times
I happened to read this opinion news with title: [Simple writing only]
TOPIC: Why not HDB Assisted Living units in every HDB Block?
Reading on the news:
Gradually distribute the plan across Singapore, aside from having the assisted living equipment’s, it is also equipped with some high innovation technology assisted system and senses motions with purpose remotely well alerted the teams. [Smart IOT Senior/Old age/Vulnerable HDB flat]
[What they called Retrofit HDB flats to become more accessible and elder friendly].
A topic that is very concern to all of us because we all will turn to this stage one day.
A lot of development and news about the facilities implemented gradually to help the old, senior or vulnerable.
Today, I also spot, or sight of some seniors/old age people were sent every day for day care services with maid accompanying him/her to senior day care Centre.
“MY OPINION and IDEA” to improve with services team:
Yes, it helps but simply help and assist but not on call 24 hours or more immediately because it takes time for the team to visit the in need of service home.
How about the cost and facilities maintenance of IOT system team? Is it expensive?
Will it cause problems to the elderly? How much is the maintenance fee for all the home amenities and facilities?
Will the system bring another difficulty to the users on the user friendliness? Even though I know that the elderly, old senior, vulnerable here are more educated in Singapore.
I would think it would be better to have an immediate team to schedule active holistically works and even stay to services on the area on additional to the mentioned Retrofit HDB.
SUGGESTION & OPINION.
“Residents re-habitation plan [居民重新分配居住环境计划] for the home care services with purposes called the communities of active special groups interactions 居民住宅整体健康计划”.
So, it will become a special group projects HDB area. But will it be high cost, cozy or get them segregated from the mixed ages communities because of Residents re-habitation plan with just the affected groups for the special need's services? I don’t know.
OPEN CONCEPT ROOM or FLAT of HDB FLAT for special groups with purposes of easing the monitoring and caring from team for each level [options to opt or add-ons to Retrofit HDB as part of community's care home].
The elderly may still have the right to opt out to become an independent room or flat and stay with their own privacy area. [with additional features the “options to close for privacy”].
It might not be compulsory to build a new block of housing; it could be an existing block of housing and upgraded or renovated.
Simple illustration on every HDB levels: It could be sharing of house facilities for rooms owner or non-sharing for flat owner.
But will it cause an accumulation to existing facilities and tools as well as over reliance on services and medical team resources across the island, the planning management team to decide.
The plan still goes back to expert team for the survey and research of these special group preferences.
But it is difficult to get result or real reports because they might have a different kind of unexpected hidden non-tell history stories because of different era and generation lifestyle.
I call and named it as “your expert AI generation result of even complex pattern and algorithm”.

It is sad to read these kind of articles.
Nowadays, AI, Deep Learning, MetaVerse, Machine Learning are popular projects because it is still rather difficult to implement now.
I think people has misunderstood the real meaning of those projects. There are simply facilitators and systems that used to helps and assists humans to achieve something.
There are here not to replace humans unless it was misuse to certain extends that out of courses.
I cannot eat them, but I can only work on it to get an income. I also get distracted by their existences.
But without those projects, we find something rather difficult to achieve another level of problems solving for us.
The projects might not be our primary projects because we are the core people that need them with many challenges.
It is something like non living things and living things.
We cannot use them to stop our primary needs as living organisms. We need water, food and air.
We need people with different skills and knowledges of expertise to maintain and improve them.
Those expertise may only be learnt from University, College and etc...
The people management are even experts in managing all these. The problems are "It is expensive to have and a challenge to in these market volatility and CRM supply chain demand in meeting the consumer's needs". There are no rights and wrongs, but it is part of human natures and adaptable to human needs.
Top Technology company recession exercise has affected many people. We all are living in this world as a global generative nature cycle.

I happened to read new articles from our expert "Godfather of AI' Dr GeoFfrey HinTon.

Do note that I am not in these groups of innovation teams yet, but just following the development news.
My personal view with the AI and new Innovation Technology:
I do agree of the risk and danger in AI and ChatGPT. But how can we stop all these from happening without creating any harms to all of us. It is about cloud and server's repositories on many distribution locations with information integrities and interlink in a complicated and complex algorithm.
The best is to grow it step by step in the processes of development, maybe aligning it to a well-managed channel with a better best balanced and scaling in the ratio to living things including ecosystem environment.
But AI and ChatGPT, even MetaVerse, Gaming and others are an expensive stuff and not everybody can have the fund to do it.
So, normal professional without any regulatory teams from Big Tech or Government support, it would not be aggresive happening.
The problems may normally arisen when the system were left to be completed by another stranger groups.
I myself always encourage healthy living environment development for the continuous of well-being for all of us.
Stay safe, healthy and strong ALWAYS ....

TIK TOK social media channel that facilitates and eases all of us in viewing any video and matters around the world.
I am not talking about data privacy or data invasion ["not my level of topic discussion"].
My concern is about young age moral and ethical distraction.
I am a mother of 3 children and also belongings to a group of people that always wish and hope to be always a part in a healthy living environment community.
It is definitely no doubt TIK TOK media channel has successfully implemented a platform that is easy and simple to use for of us.
A simple click and we can view, watch and even exchange information easily.
The differences between TIK TOK and Facebook that I find at this point of time are lacking classification and control on the user's level. Resulting some of unrelated video may just widely distribute and easily get clicked and viewed by any level of users that may morally and ethically affected.

TikTok has been subject to criticism over psychological effects such as addiction, as well as controversies regarding inappropriate content, misinformation, censorship, moderation, and user privacy.
***There is a need to improve on the video censorship and misinformation of inappropriate content by users ages or groups level. But the effort to do these may need a big group of teams to achieve it.

There are many Singapore Citizenship application groups categories.
So, I would think ENGLISH TEST EXAMINATION CERTIFICATION should only applies for [groups of residents that migrates to Singapore using Professional and Employment background as the pre-requirement in the applications]
Singapore Citizenship application.
The approval conditions still return back to ICA approval department in-charged.
Best residents are not people with great intelligent or great English knowledges but people with a good moral and ethical and strong sense of abilities to provide contribution to the communities.
That's why there is orientation education as part of Welcoming new CITIZEN educations learning to be part of people communities of Singapore.
And of course, it is definitely people with financial or skills independent for to living sustainable in Singapore. This should not be the item list because it would definitely the mandatory point for the person or people should consider doing before the proceeding of the Singapore citizenship application.

Read a news and this is not the first time I read the news.
In fact, there are many types of shoes, and any types of shoes can be recycled.
However, the news is about rules of contract violated to sell the shoes.
In another views, a stacking of sacks of recyclable shoes may not be usable or attractable to anyone.
1. An extra effort to reshaping, repurposing, refurbishing those shoes may and shall increase the values of it.
2. Create another new opportunity to the shoes as well as jobs or works to residents and communities.
3. It is very costly and expensive as well as spaces consuming. So, racing with the time in releasing those old shoes have also become a big challenge to the team.
4. Another source of income, and indeed the profit should return and benefiting to the people's communities or societies if the old products are part of charitable organizations gifts or collections.
I don't find there are any fault for them to do so. But it could be handled and managed in different ways or methods, so the processes flow can still continue.

When comes to service excellent to residents, there are digital solutions to help ease our living environment friendly.
For eg the simplest system that we use every day: supermarket system.
Beside service team cashier counter services, the supermarkets have self-check-out and payment Apps systems to ease the congested of long queues and even provide us with rewards points as a return to us as their regular customer's benefit.
Customers are given many options to make the payment for the grocery's activities in the supermarket.
The team are of big team working together to the best for all of us.

Who says I have workplace bias?
A “noBias” AI systems are always starts with a bias system and tune it till little or no bias.
Not very sure, who are the Quality Assurance Check team that verify and pass the check of “No bias”quality for the “NoBias” AI systems? and what are the points of “noBias” considers clear Bias?
Even current system processes, no one can proof and get the bias or no bias level points check for the HR hiring system verified.
How do they benchmarking and getting the matrix measurement of a “NoBias” AI is ready with quality checked?
Does it mean:
I must implement more “IamA” candidates in order to reduce and speed up the hiring processes.
And is it tough to be the “IamA” by end of 2024 or later than having the “LittleBias” Interviewers alternatively Resulting to:

In fact, and overview:
Different level of professional may have different target and objectives in searching for jobs in the market.

It is definitely no doubt, he is a professional with many experiences to teach, care and love the children.
The children need some spaces of natural healthy growth development without any environment pressure from police academy environment learning. HAHA 😁😁. Because not all the children can accept police academy way of learning at a young primary school age.

I personally don't agree teacher canning on students or children and I won't allow teachers to cane my children. Because we cannot justify and measure how the students or children ability to take the caning.
I am curious how the teacher caning the students. How about CNA also post up the caning process?
What if the punishment way gets implemented to all schools later? So, it is not recommended.
Anyway, there are teachers and consultants in school to get the jobs in place.

I assume the timing should be after 12 mid-night [off TRAIN services and off-BUS services] and leading to cycles over an hour exercising.
From the video: At that hours, the road is still of a full load of various types of vehicles.
I don't think the bicycle can challenge with those vehicles.....🥶🥶👀👀
